David Tilton and Scott Dennis, two independent contractors, joined forces eleven years ago to form TD Commercial Builders. Together they have a combined fifty-five years in the business and over 2,000 successful projects. Their projects stretch from Fripp Island to Lobeco. Scott was born and raised in Beaufort and has maintained close ties to the community. David has lived on Fripp Island for twenty-five years and helped it grow into the beautiful resort it is today.
